Pico De Gallo

Ingredients:

4 Vine Tomatoes Finely Diced

1 Red Onion Very Finely Diced

1 Green Pepper

1 Jalapeño Pepper Very Finely Sliced

¼ cup Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped

2 Garlic Cloves Finely Grated

1 Juice of Lime

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

½ tsp Red Chilli Powder

½ tsp Black Pepper

¼ tsp Cumin Powder

Salt to taste


Method:

  1. In a large bowl, add the tomatoes, red onion, green pepper, jalapeño pepper, garlic, coriander, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil and seasoning, mix well and cover and refrigerate for an hour.

  • Your salsa is ready and enjoy with your favourite Mexican food!
