Pico De Gallo

Ingredients:
4 Vine Tomatoes Finely Diced
1 Red Onion Very Finely Diced
1 Jalapeño Pepper Very Finely Sliced
¼ cup Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves Finely Grated
1 Juice of Lime
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Black Pepper
¼ tsp Cumin Powder
Salt to taste

Method:
In a large bowl, add the tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño pepper, garlic, coriander, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil and seasoning, mix well and cover and refrigerate for an hour.
Your salsa is ready and enjoy with your favourite Mexican food!
