Dabeli Lasan Ni Chutney

Prep and Cooking Time: 15 min.

Ingredients:
20 Dry Kashmiri Red Chillies
8 Big Garlic Cloves or 12 Small
¼ cup Peanuts
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Dabeli Masala
½ tsp Sugar
Salt to taste
2 tsp Groundnut Oil

Method:
  1. Soak the chillies in warm water for 6 hours. After soaking, drain and pat dry.
  2. In a blender, add the soaked chillies, garlic, peanuts, red chilli powder, dabeli masala, sugar, salt, and groundnut oil.
  3. Blend the chutney to a smooth texture, adding 2 tablespoons of water.

  • Enjoy the chutney with Dabeli or your favourite snacks.

NB:
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will last for 1-2 weeks.

Really enjoyed reading "Dabeli Lasan Ni Chutney", and the examples made the message feel very concrete. The part around split image in 4 really stood out to me. It also connects nicely with Split one image into 4 equal pieces for square-style. Thanks for sharing this.
