2 Potatoes Big, Boiled and Mash
1 Onions Big Finely Chopped
2 tbsp Dabeli Masala (Ready-Made)
3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Garlic Chutney
3 tbsp Khajur Ambli ni Chutney
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
6 Pav (Bread Rolls)
1 cup Nylon Sev
1 cup Masala Peanuts
1 Onions Very Finely Chopped
1 cup Khajur Ambli ni Chutney
6 tsp Red Chutney
6 tsp Green Chutney
Butter for Toasting
Boil the potatoes and mash them and keep aside.
In a pan add oil and sauté the onions till they are golden brown.
Add the dabeli masala, garlic chutney, chilli powder and turmeric powder, sauté for a minute.
Now add the mash potatoes and khajur ambli chutney, add ⅛ cup water mix well and cook for 5 minutes, transfer to a plate and start layering.
Layer the Dabeli:
Cut the pav into half and butter them on the outside.
Heat the pan on a low heat and put the pav on the butter side down;
Drizzle a tablespoon of the khajur ambli chutney on the bottom pav.
Take ¼ cup of dabeli stuffing and place it on the pav.
Now put the peanuts, chopped onions, sev and drizzle a tablespoon of the khajur ambli chutney.
Take the top pav rollover, serve it immediately and enjoy.
