1 cup Coriander Leaves Chopped
3 Green Chillies
4 Cloves Garlic
½ Lime Juice
Hand Full of Papdi Gathiya (Indian Snacks)
1 tsp Sugar
Salt to taste
In the blender, add chopped green chillies, chopped garlic, chopped coriander, lime juice, papdi gathiya, sugar and salt.
Blend the chutney until it reaches a smooth consistency.
Enjoy with your favourite snacks or food! NB: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerated. Will last for 1 week in the fridge.
