Ingredients:
1 cup Coriander Leaves Chopped
3 Green Chillies
4 Cloves Garlic
½ Lime Juice
Hand Full of Papdi Gathiya (Indian Snacks)
1 tsp Sugar
Salt to taste
Method:
In the blender, add the coriander, green chillies, garlic, lime juice, sugar and salt, blend the chutney till the mixture is half grand.
Lightly crush the papdi gathiya with your hand and blend it with the chutney to a smooth grainy consistency.
Enjoy with your favourite snacks or food.
NB:
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will last for 1 week.
If you don’t get Gathiya, then use 1 tbsp of Peanuts.
