Farali Green Chutney

Preparation and Cooking Time: 10 min.


Ingredients:

1½ cup Fresh Coriander Roughly Chopped

3 Green Chillies Roughly Chopped

1½ tbsp Peanuts Coarsely Grind

1 Juice of Lime

1 tsp Sugar

Salt to taste


Method:

  1. In the blender, add the coriander, green chillies, peanuts, lime juice, sugar and salt.

  2. Blend the chutney to a smooth texture.

  • Enjoy with sabudana na vada or farali pattice.


NB: Store in an airtight container in a refrigerator. It will last for five days in the fridge.
