Cranberry Compote

Prep and Cooking time: 15 mins.
Ingredients:
200 grams Fresh Cranberries
1 Orange Juiced and Half Zested
¾ cup Sugar
⅓ cup Water
Method:
Wash the Cranberries and put them in a saucepan.
Stir all the ingredients together over medium heat and bring to the boil, then simmer on low heat for 8-10 minutes, until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
Allow to cool, then transfer to a bowl or jar.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container and serve warm or cold.
NB:
Use immediately or store in a jar in the fridge for up to 1-2 weeks.
