Spicy Guacamole

Preparation 10 min. Ingredients: 3 Avocados 2 Vine Tomatoes Finely Diced 1 Red Onion Very Finely Diced ½ Green Bell Pepper Very Finely Sliced ¼ cup Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped 1 Thin Green Chilli Finely Chopped 1 Juice of Lime ½ tsp Black Pepper Salt to taste



Method

  1. Cut the avocados in half to remove the seed and scrape out into a bowl.

  2. Smash the avocados into the bowl using a fork or a masher.

  3. Add the tomatoes, onion, green pepper and chilli to the smashed avocados.

  4. Squeeze in the lime and add the coriander, salt, pepper and mix well.

  • Your guacamole is ready and enjoy with your favourite Mexican food!
