Potato Salad

Prep and Cooking Time: 1 hour Serves: 4


Ingredients:

500 grams Baby Potatoes

1 Bunch Spring Onions

25 grams Fresh Chives

400 grams Sour Cream

½ tsp Black Pepper

½ tsp Salt or to taste


Method:

  1. Wash and boil the potatoes with the skin on in water with 1½ tsp of salt until al dente, cool them and cut into four halves.

  2. Finely chop the spring onions and chives and add them to the blow.

  3. Pour the sour cream in, add the black pepper and salt and mix well, taste if you need to adjust as necessary.

  4. Mix in the potatoes, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

  • Enjoy on its own or with pizza!


NB: By adding salt in the water is that the potatoes boil will only have a tiny hint of test inside. See printable version
