Green Garam Masala Powder

4 tbsp Cumin Seeds

8 tbsp Coriander Seeds

4 tsp Shah Jeera Seeds

4 tsp Fennel Seeds

20 Green Cardamom


  1. Roast each spice on a low flame for 2 minutes then allow it to cool.

  2. Grind all the spices together to a fine powder and store in a dry airtight jar and use as required.

  • Your green garam masala is ready!

NB: This powder should last for 8-10 months.
