Garam Masala

So learn in easy steps how to make garam masala at home.

100 grams of Coriander Seeds

50 grams of Cumin

10 grams of Shahi Jeera

50 grams of Cinnamon

25 grams of Cloves

25 grams of Green Cardamom

25 grams of Black Cardamom

25 grams of Black Peppercorns

10 grams of Star Anise

10 grams of Mace

2 Nutmeg


  1. Roast each spice on a low flame for two minutes then allow it to cool. Next grind to a fine powder.

  2. Store in a dry airtight jar and use as required, your Garam masala is ready!

NB: This powder should last for 12-18 months.
