Vegetable Hakka Noodles

Prep Time: 10 Mins Cook Time: 30 Mins Serves: 3-4 Ingredients: 200 grams Medium Eggless Noodles 2 cups Cabbage Thinly Shredded 2 Medium Onions Thinly Sliced 1 Green Pepper Thinly Sliced 1 Carrot Grated Thick 1½ tbsp Garlic Paste 1 tbsp Green Chilli Paste 4 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil Salt to taste Method:

  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water with 1 tsp of salt according to instructions on the package.

  2. Heat the wok on a high flame and stir-fry each vegetable individually by adding a teaspoon of olive oil and soy sauce for 2-3 minutes and leave to the side.

  3. By now the noodles will be cooked, drain and add them to the wok with the vegetables, garlic paste, green chilli paste, rest of the soy sauce, sesame oil and salt.

  4. Mix well and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  • Enjoy hot!
