Taj Laving Masala

Preparation time: 15 Minutes


Ingredients:

¼ cup Cloves

½ cup of 1 inch Cinnamon Sticks

1 tbsp Black Peppercorns


Method:

  1. In a pan, roast the cloves, cinnamon and pepper corn on a low flame for 2 minutes then allow it to cool.

  2. Next grind to a fine powder and store in a dry airtight jar and use as required.

  • Your taj laving masala is ready!

NB: This powder should last for 8-10 months.
