Ingredients:
1 Cauliflower Head Medium Size (Phool Gobi) ¾ cup Frozen Peas 2 Tomatoes Chopped 3 tbsp Oil 1 Dry Red Chilli ¾ tsp Mustard Seeds ½ tsp Cumin Seeds ¼ tsp Asafoetida (Hing) ¾ tsp Turmeric Powder 1½ tsp Chilli Powder 1½ tbsp Coriander-Cumin Powder (Dhana Jiru) Salt to taste
Method:
Cut the cauliflower into florets, wash, drain and keep aside.
Add the red chilli to the oil on medium heat; once hot, add the mustard, cumin seeds and asafoetida.
Then add the cauliflower florets, turmeric powder, and salt, mix well, and cook on low heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then add the tomatoes and cook until it’s almost done, stirring occasionally.
Add the peas, chilli powder, and coriander-cumin powder, cover with the lid for about 3 minutes, then stir and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
Enjoy hot with roti and dal bhat!
