Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients:
1½ kg Baby Potatoes
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Garlic Paste Coarsely Grind
1½ tbsp Green Chilli Paste Coarsely Grind
1½ tbsp Dried Mix Herbs
1 tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Salt or to taste
Cheddar Cheese
Method:
Wash and boil the potatoes with the skin on in water with 3 tsp of salt until al dente, drain and keep aside.
In a large pan, heat the oil and butter on medium-low heat.
Add garlic and chilli paste, mix herbs, black pepper and salt, and sauté for a minute.
Put the potatoes in and mix well; taste if you need to adjust as necessary.
Now put them in a baking tray and bake them in the fan oven on 180 degrees gas mark 5 for half an hour.
Remove from the oven, grate the cheese lightly on top, and bake for 5 minutes.
Enjoy it on its own or with a roast dinner!
NB: By adding salt to the water, the potatoes boil will only have a tiny hint of test inside.
