1 Loaf Ciabatta Bread
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Cloves Garlic Minced
1 tbsp Dried Mix Herbs
½ tbsp Dried Oregano
½ tsp Black Pepper
Salt to taste
Preheat an oven or air fryer to 200°C.
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, herbs and salt.
Wrap the ciabatta in foil and bake for 5-8 minutes, then remove from the oven.
Cut the ciabatta into slices about 2cm thick without cutting through the bottom and one cut along the length of the loaf also without cutting through the bottom.
Using a butter knife or a spoon, stuff ciabatta generously with the garlic oil mixture and wrap it back in the foil.
Bake for further 10 minutes.
Enjoy warm with a drizzle of olive oil.
