Mixed Berry Shake

Preparation: 5 Minutes: Serves 4


Ingredients:

3 cups Semi Skimmed Milk 3 cups Frozen Mixed Berries 1 Banana 2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream 2 Tbsp Honey Fresh Berries for Garnish


Method:

In a nutribullet, add the milk, berries, banana, ice cream and honey, blend the mixture until it has a smooth and creamy texture. Pour the shake in the glasses and garnish with some berries.
