Mixed Berry Shake

Preparation: 5 Minutes: Serves 4


Ingredients:

3 cups Semi Skimmed Milk 3 cups Frozen Mixed Berries 1 Banana 2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream 2 Tbsp Honey Fresh Berries for Garnish


Method:

  1. In a blender, add milk, frozen berries, banana, ice cream and honey.

  2. Blend the mixture until it has a smooth and creamy texture.

  3. Pour the shake into your glasses and garnish with some berries.
