Fruit Custard

2 Bananas

1 Small Papaya

6 Passion fruits

Juice of one Orange

1½ Cups of Milk

3 Tbsp Custard Powder

1 Tbsp Sugar

Grapes for garnish


  1. Chop the banana into small 1cm cubes and add to a large mixing bowl.

  2. Chop the papaya into 1cm cubes and add to the bowl.

  3. Pour the seeds of the passion fruit into the bowl.

  4. Add the juice of the orange into the bowl and mix the fruit mixture well and store in a fridge for at least two hours.

  5. In a saucepan, add milk, custard powder and sugar and whisk on a low heat until the custard and sugar get dissolved.

  6. Put it in the fridge to cool down for at least two hours.

  7. Stir and pour the custard milk into the fruit and mix well. Garnish with grapes.
