Green Sandwich Chutney

Ingredients:
 
2 cup Fresh Coriander with Stalks
 
½ cup Fresh Mint Leaves
 
4 Thin Green Chillies
 
1 inch Ginger Chopped
 
1 Big Clove Garlic (or 2 small)
 
1 Juice of Lime
 
½ tbsp Sugar
 
½ tsp Chaat Masala
 
Salt to taste
 

 
Method:

  1. In a blender, add the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillis, garlic cloves, lime juice, sugar, chaat masala and salt. Add a teaspoon or two of water.

  2. Blend the chutney until it reaches a fine and thick liquidly consistency.

  • Spread the chutney on your sandwich and enjoy!

NB:
 
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerated. Will last for 2-3 days in the fridge.
